Sharing a Preview Link

You can generate a shareable link that lets others preview your video without needing an iArt account.

  1. Click the Share button in the editor toolbar

  2. A preview link is generated

  3. Copy and send the link to anyone

What Viewers See

When someone opens your shared link, they see:

  • A video preview player with your animation

  • Play/pause controls

  • The video plays directly in the browser — no download required

Privacy

  • Shared links are accessible to anyone with the URL

  • Only the specific video/clip you share is visible — your other projects remain private

  • You can manage your shared links from your project settings

Tips

  • Use shares for feedback — Send preview links to stakeholders for review before final export

  • Share before exporting — Preview links load faster than downloading and sending an MP4 file

  • Check the preview — Open your own share link to see exactly what others will see
